About

20+ years building enterprise software across four continents. Led engineering teams of up to 15 and ran a program organisation of 52 people, managed multi-million-dollar programs, and built products showcased on the biggest stages. Directed 8+ concurrent integration programs during a financial crisis while client institutions were collapsing around us.

In 2024, I left a senior role at Oracle (three promotions in six years, IC4 to IC5) to complete my MBA and start Geahsoft, an AI-first consulting and software development practice. I've built for enterprises and I've built for myself – the best work happens when you've done both.

Some of that consulting work revealed problems deep enough to build on. Applicora emerged from that process, solving a real gap in its industry — a career AI platform redefining how job seekers find jobs with 9-dimensional ATS scoring.
