I’ve grown from a hands-on Software Engineer into a Software Development Manager over the past two decades, progressively taking on roles in development, architecture, project leadership, and technical management. My journey started as a Second Lieutenant and Engineering Officer in the Army, where I led teams building GIS systems for mission-critical operations—an experience that laid the foundation for my leadership style and operational discipline. Since then, I’ve delivered complex, high-impact systems across a range of enterprise and consulting environments.
I focus on building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technical execution with business goals. I’ve successfully led distributed global teams, scaled agile practices, and managed full product lifecycles—from initial planning through release and ongoing optimization.
