Built on Discipline, Driven by Impact
Technology Leader | Engineering & Program Management | Building Teams, Driving Delivery, Enabling Transformation
Over the past two decades, I’ve progressed from a hands-on software engineer to a strategic technology leader—driving end-to-end product development, scaling global teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. My leadership foundation began as a Second Lieutenant and Engineering Officer in the Army, where I led teams building GIS systems for mission-critical operations—an experience that instilled operational discipline and accountability. Since then, I’ve led enterprise software initiatives across government, consulting, insurance, and global tech firms.
Two defining career achievements stand out: from 2008 to 2010, I directed NYC bank integration projects during the global financial crisis—guiding teams through unprecedented client failures while ensuring critical systems were delivered on time. More recently, at Oracle, I led the team that designed and built a cloud product showcased by Larry Ellison at Oracle CloudWorld 2024.
I specialize in creating clarity for complex initiatives, aligning technical execution with business strategy, and building cultures where high-performing teams thrive. I’ve scaled distributed global teams, introduced agile practices, and managed full product lifecycles—from roadmap and architecture through release and optimization.
Recognized for bridging the gap between engineering and strategy, I guide initiatives to clarity, foster team autonomy, and create cultures where innovation, accountability, and technical excellence thrive. I’m driven by a passion for purposeful leadership, operational rigor, and delivering meaningful, measurable results.
